外露式钢柱脚底板厚度计算方法探讨

摘要: 介绍了石化外露式钢柱脚底板常用计算方法。为解决工程设计中钢柱脚底板偏厚的问题,通过对石化常用外露式柱脚底板特点的分析和设计方法的研究,采用基于与受压区经典方法相同的板边支座假定,对柱脚底板进行了有限元分析,提出了柱脚底板受拉区和局部受压区的计算方法、计算公式、设计控制值以及底板设计时需要注意的事项。通过对常用石化钢结构柱脚底板各受力工况的验证,提出的计算方法和公式安全可靠,方便工程设计使用

Abstract: This paper introduces the common calculation methods for exposed steel column base plate in petrochemical industry. In order to minimize the thickness of steel column base plate, finite element analysis is performed by using the same plate edge support assumptions as the classical design approach for areas subjected to pressure based on the analysis of the characteristics of column base plate and the research on design methods, and the calculation method, formulas, design limit values and design considerations for areas subjected to the tensile load as well as the pressure are presented. Verification of the base plate under various loading conditions indicates that the calculation method and formulas proposed in this paper are safe and reliable, and are easy to use for engineers.
